Our goal is to be 100% transparent with our customers. This includes pricing for our different services.
The reality is that online marketing projects need to be tailored to each customer’s needs and ROI goals. Therefore the budget and daily tasks will be different for each client. These differences are based off individual factors such as:
- Some clients are new to online marketing while others are in advanced stages
- Each client has different marketing goals and timelines to achieve them
- Each type of project has different technical factors to consider (SEO vs PPC vs Social Media vs Website Design)
- Some clients have in-house technical resources while others don’t
In order to give our prospective customers a general idea of the pricing, we have created some standard packages for our services. Depending on the factors listed above, your project may or may not be a good candidate for these packages. But at least you will get an idea of what is included and at what cost.
SEO Plans
We have 3 different types of SEO Plans that we tailor to our client’s individual needs:
- Local SEO Plans for Small Businesses – For businesses selling to their local market only.
- Standard SEO Plans – For the majority of our clients who don’t have unique needs.
- Comprehensive SEO Plans – For clients who are in a very competitive industry and who want to achieve top results most rapidly.

Our standard SEO plans are based on the # of keywords we will focus on. We then tailor the plans based on whether the client does business locally, nationally, or internationally.
- Accountants, lawyers, dentists, and other local store owners are candidates for the Local SEO Plans.
- E-Commerce websites, lead generation sites, and mortgage sites are candidates for the National SEO Plans
- Multi-national companies and B2B businesses are candidates for the International SEO Plans.
Unlike many other SEO firms, we charge NO UPFRONT FEES to implement the changes to the title/meta tags and content on the web pages. Our 5 most popular plans are provided below. In the case where budget is tightly restricted, you can start with a smaller plan, and then increase your keywords/plan afterwards.

Depending on the type of website development project, a price quote will either be a fixed bid price for the project or an hourly bid project. Distinct projects such as creating a blog or building mobile sites or micro-sites can quoted as a fixed price project.
For our clients with whom we are actively updating their websites for functionality and content, it makes more sense to allocate a block of hours each month as part of their monthly bill.
Finally, in case you are not comfortable securing a block of design/development hours each month, we can also work on an hourly rate schedule.
